River Magic

Conjure and root-work, at its foundations, is about “tapping the root” or core power, set forth into and through the worlds by the creator (in its many forms). One of the old methods for doing this is to work with the banks, on-coming and out-going tides, banks and bottom of rivers and streams. This kind of work is African, European and Native American at its roots and offers a power to be accessed and which is always accessible.
